Participation in Westborough Girls Softball League helps our players grow, learn and have fun while they develop and use their softball athleticism. Westborough values the life lessons that are intrinsic and the true reward of athletic participation:

As an important part of the community, we, the members of the Westborough Girls Softball League actively choose to teach and reinforce these lessons to our players. Our overarching goal is to help impart behaviors, which will lead the kids of our community to better and healthier lives.
While winning is not an end in itself, we believe that the efforts by our town athletes to be their best will lead them to succeed throughout their lives. We will commit to individual development and pursue team success.
Success generates excitement within the team, the league and across the community. It helps strengthen bonds, fosters loyalty in a positive manner and gives our community members yet another reason to be proud to be from Westborough.

We are a community! And, participation in Westborough Girls Softball League helps build and extend our Westborough pride and spirit through the actions of our players, parents, coaches, and the league staff. Our participation creates an opportunity for friends, families and neighbors to witness and experience the best of what Westborough has to offer. We all take pride in knowing that our league volunteers, coaches and athletes are true representatives of Westborough. All of our players will be given every opportunity to reach their athletic potential under our guidance and the principles of our Westborough Girls Softball League.
